Digitizing
For new designs, your logo is converted into an embroidery-ready file. This is a one-time fee based on complexity, and we save your file for every future order.

Proof and
Approval
You'll review and approve a digital proof before production begins. We require written approval on all orders.
Production and
Delivery
Standard turnaround is 14 business days. Free local delivery on orders of $250 or more.
What to Know
- No minimum order quantities - one embroidered jacket or 500 branded polos, we can handle it
- Preferred file formats: vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF); high-resolution JPG and PNG also accepted
- Carhartt and workwear brands available - we recommend purchasing through us for best embroidery results
- One-time digitizing fee for new designs; reorders are simple and consistent
- Generally, if you can draw it with a Sharpie, we can embroider it - we'll advise you on any design limitations upfront
